Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
2. Prepare and manage various documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
3. Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Manage calendars and schedules efficiently.
5. Accurate and timely entry of data into our systems. Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
6. Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and other business partners to ensure smooth operations.
7. Provide general administrative support to team members and assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
6. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
7. Knowledge of the construction or concrete industry is a plus
