We are currently seeking experienced Administration Assistants within the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Area. 
 
As you are the first point of contact, it is essential that you are an excellent communicator and attentive. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Interacting with contractors, trades and customers
  • Data Entry
  • Filing – upkeep and maintenance of all filing systems
  • General administration functions, using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assisting the Senior Administration/Accounts Staff

 
What do we need from you:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Flexible availability and be able to work in the office Monday to Friday until 5pm
  • Be able to follow directions accurately
  • Ability to multi task and be well organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly phone manner and exceptional customer service
  • Car and Drivers Licence
