Job Title: Assembly Labourers

Are you a labourer that’s sick of rain days or a builder looking for a fresh opportunity? We’re looking for talented and dedicated Assembly Workers to join an established and motivated team in the Central Coast area.
Position Overview:
As an Assembly Worker you will be an integral part of the production team responsible for building high-quality cooling towers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components and parts to construct steel and fibre glass structures
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of each assembly
• Reading and interpreting diagrams
• Collaborating with a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhering to safety and quality control standards
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

What we need from you:
To excel in this role, you should have the following:

• Previous assembly or building experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge and use of various power tools
• The willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a cooperative work environment
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
