Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the position of Business Development Manager is newly created within the Torra business. Over the past 3 years we have achieved fantastic success throughout Regional NSW, now we’re ready to bring our model to Sydney and establish ourselves as a significant player across all of NSW.

  • Bring your wealth of Blue collar recruitment experience and apply to this role
  • Communicate Client needs with the Sourcing team to ensure we recruit the right people for their operations
  • Smash your KPI’s out of the park, we’ll keep them attainable, we want you to succeed
  • Spend your days out on the road – Get some wins with prospect clients, visit current clients, and our Field Employees and ensure they are happy and enjoying the assignment and our services.
  • Win new business and earn commission
  • Conduct risk assessments for new clients before Field Employees commence assignment
  • Oversee the Incident Management process and liaise with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate and drive a genuine commitment to safety through our ‘Teaming up for Zero’ safety culture
  • Help out with the less fun stuff – Data entry, compliance etc – I got bored typing it
