Our client is Newcastle’s industry leading Concreting business currently under third generation leadership. Their head office is based at Broadmeadow with recent expansion into the Mid-North coast. Due to the rapid expansion in the business and an increase in workload, we are looking for a Commercial Concrete Supervisor to join their team.

  
Working under the Project Manager, this position would require you to run a crew of 5 – 15 workers within the commercial side of the business.
  

The role:

• Monday to Friday with potential overtime on Saturday
• Projects located in Newcastle, Hunter Valley & the Central Coast
• Lead a crew and work on the tools
• Permanent position for the right candidate
• Desirable salary package plus vehicle, tools, and phone on offer.

  
What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Experienced concreter with construction site experience
• Extensive experience leading a concreting crew – preferably on commercial sites
• Hands on skills with form work, concrete placement and finishing
• Have a strong culture of safety and a working knowledge of Safety Management Systems

  
We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and excellent communication skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
