We are currently seeking an experienced Weighbridge Operator for work at a Quarry site for our client based in Marrangaroo (Lithgow) the successful applicant will need to conduct 5-6 weeks of Training at their head office in Newcastle on commencement. This is a casual position, with the view to a permanent role for the right person.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Operate and manage the weighbridge system efficiently
• Weigh trucks before and after loading to ensure accurate measurement of materials
• Setting up contractors and visitors with Inductions
• Record and maintain details records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials
• Collaborate with quarry and production teams to ensure seamless operations
• Generate accurate reports on material quantities and truck movements
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies in weighing or documentation

What do we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Weighbridge Operator in a quarry or similar environment is preferred
• Familiarity with weighbridge systems and knowledge of computer programs  
• Strong attention to detail in accuracy in record-keeping
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
