Weld with precision. Fabricate with purpose. Inland Petroleum is seeking a skilled Boilermaker | Welder Fabricator to join its Dubbo-based team. As a locally owned fuel distributor with over 40 years of service across Western and North-Western NSW, Inland offers more than just a job, it’s a chance to build, repair, and contribute to the infrastructure that keeps regional industries moving.
This isn’t just workshop work, it’s hands-on fabrication that supports a modern fleet and essential services. You’ll work on truck bodies, chassis, and custom components that power Inland’s transport operations across agriculture, mining, and logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welding and fabricating metal components using MIG, TIG, and Arc techniques
• Interpreting technical drawings and executing precision builds
• Repairing and reinforcing truck bodies, chassis, and structural elements
• Operating and maintaining welding equipment to high safety standards
• Supporting a team that values quality, reliability, and regional pride

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication or similar trade qualification
• NSW Driver’s Licence
• Experience in agriculture, transport, mining, or heavy industry
• Forklift ticket (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
