CIVIL LABOURER

• Competitive hourly rate of $35.63 to $38.13 + penalties and allowances
• Hours Monay – Friday + overtime on offer

Join a hardworking team as a Civil Labourer, contributing to a range of civil works including trenching, earthworks, and environmental controls. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an outdoor, physically demanding environment and wants consistent work with a supportive crew.

What you’ll be doing

• Temporary fencing installation and spotting machinery on active work zones
• Trenching, shovelling, and assisting with compaction and backfill activities
• Laying geofabric for ground stabilisation and drainage
• Working around retaining walls and along river environments
• Implementing environmental and sediment controls, sandbagging, and other ad hoc civil duties as required

What we’re looking for

• Valid White Card (OHS General Construction Induction)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Roller ticket (RII or VOC) would be advantageous
• Previous experience in civil labouring or construction
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
