Excavator Operator

• Immediate start in Lidsdale
• Monday to Friday roster – consistent hours, 7:00AM to 5:00PM
• Work with a large civil contractor on a bulk earthworks project

Join a leading contractor delivering bulk earthworks and infrastructure projects across NSW. Known for safety and reliability, they’re seeking Excavator Operators for a civil bulk earthworks project in Lidsdale. This casual role offers consistent hours and the chance to work on high-impact civil works with a skilled team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently across bulk earthworks tasks
• Perform trenching, loading, battering, and other duties as required
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Assist with general site duties and support other operators
• Work collaboratively with ground crew and site supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• RII or VOC for excavator operation
• White Card – Construction Induction
• Experience in civil construction, quarrying, or mining environments
• Open to operators with experience on articulated dump trucks, dozers, rollers, loaders, or skid steers
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
