We have multiple Operator positions available for skilled plant operators. Bring your ticket(s), strong safety focus and team mindset, and help deliver key infrastructure right here in the Dubbo area.

What you’ll be doing

• Safely and efficiently operate machinery such as Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Loader, Watercart, Excavator and Dozer
• Carry out bulk earthworks and site preparation
• Read and interpret project plans and operate to GPS where required
• Complete daily pre-starts and routine maintenance checks
• Work collaboratively with site teams to maintain productivity and meet project targets
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and standards

What we’re looking for

• Current RII for at least one of the following: Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Loader, Watercart, Excavator and Dozer (multiple tickets is a bonus but not essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Experience in civil, quarry or mining environments
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
