Drive with purpose. Deliver with pride. Inland Petroleum is seeking skilled and safety-focused MC Drivers to join its elite fuel transport team in Dubbo, NSW. As a leading independent fuel distributor with over 40 years of regional service, Inland offers a modern fleet, rigorous safety standards, and a supportive workplace culture. This is more than a driving job, it’s a career opportunity with a company that values professionalism, safety, and customer service. You’ll operate state-of-the-art Kenworth prime movers and custom-engineered tanker combinations (including AB-triples and BA-triples), delivering fuel to farms, mines, and businesses across NSW and interstate routes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Operating multi-combination fuel tankers across regional routes
– Performing pre-trip inspections and daily defect checks
– Safely loading/unloading fuel in compliance with Dangerous Goods protocols
– Maintaining accurate delivery documentation using FuelCompanion and electronic work diaries
– Upholding Inland’s safety-first culture and customer service standards
 
What We’re Looking For:
– Valid MC licence with experience in heavy vehicle operations (Road Ranger gearbox)
– Dangerous Goods, SLP & BFM preferred
– Strong communication skills and a safety-conscious, team-oriented attitude
– Willingness to learn and grow
– Clean driving record with demonstrated safety history
– Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
– Familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) 
– Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
