Plant Operator

• Location: Lucas Heights & Western Sydney
• Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (plus overtime)

Join a leading civil contractor delivering major bulk earthworks projects across Sydney. We’re seeking reliable and experienced plant operators to work on large-scale civil projects. Multiple vacancies available for operators skilled in articulated dump trucks, excavators, dozers, rollers, and more.

What you’ll be doing
• Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently
• Performing bulk earthworks tasks across site
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Assisting with general site duties as required
• Following site safety procedures and protocols
• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for
• RII or VOC for relevant plant machinery
• Previous experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks
• White Card (mandatory) and own reliable transport
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical if required
