This is a 360 recruitment role based from The Junction office, NSW where you’ll own your desk end‑to‑end while working closely with a high‑performing team to grow the broader business.
You’ll manage client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, source and place high‑quality candidates, and help strengthen Torra’s market presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs, provide market and salary insights, and build trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Deliver end‑to‑end permanent recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate care, compliance, and post‑placement support.
• Contribute to business growth through collaborative account development, client meetings, and site visits, while leveraging modern recruitment systems, LinkedIn, direct search, and CRM tools to maintain strong talent pipelines.

 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a business development / recruitment role within a labour hire or agency environment
• Experience recruiting white‑collar roles across professional or technical disciplines
• The ability to demonstrate sales activity, desk performance and contribution to business growth
• A track record of strong billings or sales achievements
• Solid sourcing capability and confidence using recruitment systems 
• A resilient, people‑focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
