Join Centennial Coal, a leading underground coal mining business in Western NSW. We are seeking Shift Undermanagers for our Clarence (4:3), Springvale (3:4), and Airly (3:4) sites. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage safety, production, and compliance during shift operations
• Coordinate crews and allocate resources
• Uphold operational and legislative standards
• Ensure statutory compliance and OH&S requirements are met
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• NSW Practicing Certificate (Undermanager or Manager – Underground Coal Mines)
• Strong leadership and underground coal mining experience
• Knowledge of safety systems, OH&S, and statutory compliance
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Order 43 Medical
