SITE INSTALLER

In partnership with Synergy Engineering, Torra is seeking experienced Site Installer to support site installation activities across a range of projects. This role involves hands-on rigging and boilermaking and welding work on site, operating under the direction of the Site Supervisor to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope. You will be working on structural and architectural steel installations in a team-oriented environment.
 
What you’ll be doing

• Undertake general site installation and rigging and boilermaking tasks
  • Perform MIG and stick welding, with TIG welding and polishing where required
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work to specifications
  • Use metalworking tools and equipment to cut, drill, curve and fabricate materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with WHS requirements

 
What we’re looking for

• Trade qualification with significant boilermaking experience
• Rigging Ticket
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, heavy industry or construction
  • Strong welding skills in mild steel MIG and stick welding
  • Ability to work safely on site and follow instructions from supervisors
  • NSW White Card and current unrestricted driver licence
