SITE SUPERVISOR

• Lead site-based installation teams on major steel and construction projects
  • Hands-on leadership role with strong safety and quality focus
  • Work with a reputable Australian engineering and fabrication business

 
In partnership with Synergy Engineering, Torra is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee site installation, delivery and handover of structural and architectural steel works. This is a full-time role based across project sites, working closely with Project Managers, Installation Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. You will play a key role in managing people, quality and client expectations on site.
 
What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily site installation activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors and labour hire personnel
  • Manage client interactions on site and communicate requirements to the project team
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards, including toolbox talks, SWMS and incident reporting

 
What we’re looking for

• Trade qualification with significant industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, heavy industry or construction environments
  • Proven experience leading site teams and managing contractors
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel installation and welding practices
  • NSW White Card (RIW card highly regarded)
