Skilled Civil Labourer – Wagga Wagga

Join the team at Torra Staffing & Recruitment for a role as a Civil Labourer in Wagga Wagga!
We are currently seeking experienced civil workers for the earthworks stage of the new Gregadoo Substation project on the HumeLink in Wagga Wagga. As a Civil Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with general labouring duties, bulk earthworks, ground preparation, operating rollers and other relevant machinery, and assisting with overall site setup and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labouring duties such as shovelling, site clean-up, and material handling
• Assist with bulk earthworks, including trenching, compacting, and ground prep
• Operate rollers and other machinery
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organised worksite

What We’re Looking For

• General Labourer: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with roller operation
• Reliable transport to site
• Fit for physical labour and ability to pass D&A screening
• White Card and Relevant Plant Tickets (RII and VOC mandatory)
