WORKSHOP BOILERMAKER – WYONG

• Ongoing workshop-based structural fabrication work
  • Day shift hours with early Friday finish

In partnership with Synergy Engineering, Torra is seeking two experienced Workshop Boilermakers to join their Wyong-based workshop team. This full-time role involves structural and balustrade fabrication, primarily using MIG welding, within a well-equipped workshop environment. You’ll work Monday to Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm and Friday 5:00am–1:30pm, contributing to high-quality fabrication projects in a supportive team setting.
 
What you’ll be doing

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
  • Measure, mark and prepare materials for cutting and fabrication
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components using MIG and flux core welding
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Work autonomously and collaborate with tradespeople, supervisors and management

 
What we’re looking for

• Boilermaker or Fabricator trade qualification
  • Proficiency in MIG and MMA welding
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
